| Goldegg Castle, built in the 14th century, was a real fortress.
Some rooms of this time still can be visited. In the 16th century the castle
was enlarged. From these days there is still left the Knight’s Hall
with its paints and fresco on the walls and ceiling. Today the castle offers
classical concerts, exhibitions of modern art, alternative folk music, theatre
and other events.
